Talent Acquisition Coordinator Position

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator.
This pivotal role will see you contributing to the delivery of exceptional employee experiences, from candidate screening and onboarding to the creation of employment contracts, along with providing crucial assistance during induction processes.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess:
- A strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding practices, including HR legislation and award interpretation.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process, ensuring all administrative requirements are completed and comply with legal requirements. You will also assist in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and issue employment contracts and policies.
About the role:
- Full-time position, working 5 days per week in our St Kilda Road office.
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and experienced team.
