Roadmaster Refrigerated Transport is a family owned business that has been operating for over 50 years. We specialise in national refrigerated transport solutions as well as warehousing and distributions services across the East Coast.

Our mission is to provide a premium refrigerated supply chain network through our commitment to achieving the highest levels of safety, customer service, sustainability and industry-leading information management systems.

We are seeking to employ an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Operations team based in Tomago, NSW.

This position requires the successful applicant to commence work at Monday to Friday which will include being on call, in the yard or by phone depending on necessity.

The duties/responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Effective coordinating of freight and drivers
  • Follow up with drivers throughout the day and updating our system
  • Communicating and building strong relationships with Customers and Drivers
  • Warehouse duties - Support warehouse staff with information
  • Previous experience in the use of Transport Management Systems
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Superior Customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Able to effectively problem solve
