About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the key challenge of developing our enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern data management, including data architecture standards and methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-wide data architectures that meet business needs and drive innovation.
  2. Innovation Management: Manage the innovation pipeline, identifying opportunities for process improvements and executing projects to enhance our data capabilities.
  3. Specialist Advice: Provide expert guidance on data-related matters to support strategic planning and operations.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain reports and insights to inform strategy management processes.
  5. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insight into complex data issues and driving resolution through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements include extensive experience with data architecture, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to analyze end-to-end data lifecycles, conceptualize alternatives, and design scalable data architectures is crucial. Experience with Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
