Industry Leaders are sought for a high-profile role to spearhead AI adoption across Australia's industrial landscape.

This pivotal position requires an exceptional individual with experience in client management, strategic leadership, and partnership development. The Director will lead a team of experts to drive the national mission of accelerating data and AI-powered industrial transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Spearheading a delivery team and providing visionary leadership to ARM Hub staff and partners.
  2. Championing the AI Adopt Centre nationally – articulating its value proposition to businesses, investors, and government.
  3. Scoping high-value data and AI use cases – diagnosing business challenges, mapping data and AI readiness, and designing project pathways.
  4. Orchestrating delivery – assembling cross-functional teams of data scientists, roboticists, and domain experts; managing budgets, timelines, and risk to deliver outcomes.
  5. Driving adoption at scale – coaching client teams through change management, measuring ROI, and capturing impact studies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience as a Client Manager.
  • A clear vision for the AI Adopt Centre and proven leadership in organisations involving industry, research, government, and investor stakeholders.
  • Established business networks in Australia's industrial ecosystems and the ability to bring a pipeline of work into the organisation aligned to the strategic priorities.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms, MLOps, and standards ISO27001 and ISO42001.
  • Proven track record scoping and managing data and AI products and services for SMEs and large corporations.
