Creative Team Lead

Our company is seeking a seasoned Marketing Visionary Leader to spearhead the creative direction of our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and upholding a compelling brand vision across various marketing projects, including user acquisition ads, social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and product integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of creatives to develop innovative marketing concepts that enhance the success of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, product marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Oversee the quality of all marketing outputs produced by the team, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with established brand guidelines.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing or creative field.
- A proven track record of driving projects from concept to completion, demonstrating both creative and operational excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in art direction and visual storytelling.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity and pragmatism in finding solutions to overcome obstacles and advance projects.
