Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Principal Workforce Analyst.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will have experience in workforce analysis, data visualization, and stakeholder management.

They will be responsible for delivering high-quality workforce information, collaborating with diverse teams, and fostering meaningful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and creating positive change.

Key responsibilities include leading a team in delivering workforce-related reporting and data analysis functions, overseeing the development and maintenance of dashboards, and preparing analyses to guide workforce strategy initiatives and programs.

Other key tasks include creating briefs, reports, and submissions on workforce topics, providing education, advice, and support to users of workforce data, and building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and service providers.
