Change Management Expert

We have an exciting career enhancing opportunity for a seasoned change management expert to lead large-scale transformations.

This highly visible role requires a dynamic individual with previous experience in establishing and leading a change management practice, ideally for global enterprise organisations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with senior leadership you will leverage your experience in building high-performing teams and ensuring best practice change management standards, methodologies and frameworks are embedded to provide strong governance across projects and programs.
  • Providing thought leadership you will empower a team of experienced change managers to help build a culture of innovation, adaptability and lasting transformation.
  • To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • A track record in leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers to drive significant change across complex infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Experience in leveraging best practice change management standards, frameworks and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure.
  • Advanced experience in developing bespoke change management, communication, training strategies, plans, tools and technologies.
  • Certifications in Prosci, Prince 2 and strong knowledge of change management frameworks including ADKAR.
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record in driving change management through the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing and mitigating project risks and providing strong governance.
