Job Title:

Transformation Leader

Job Description:

As a key player in enterprise-wide transformation, you will facilitate the transition to Agile methodologies across the organisation. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional squads comprising business leaders, technology experts, and system integration specialists. You will also engage with leadership and team members to ensure buy-in for Agile principles and provide coaching and training to teams and individuals.

The successful candidate will have experience in agile environments, strong organisational and leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. They will also be skilled in managing large-scale technology projects and leading Agile delivery for major technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive accountability and oversee sprint progress to ensure timely delivery of Agile projects.
  • Engage with leadership and team members to ensure alignment, communication, and buy-in for Agile principles.
  • Provide coaching and training to teams and individuals, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to Agile methodologies.
