About the Opportunity

The Program Management team is responsible for governance and end-to-end delivery of major change initiatives, particularly those driven by technology.

As a member of the PMO Change Practice, you will play a key role in supporting assessment of current and future state changes, identifying impacts, and contributing to development and execution of change management activities for the SAP ERP Replacement Project.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Change Practice team delivers exceptional service. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery.
  • Managing/Supporting and implementing change activities for one or more streams within the SAP ERP Replacement Project to support the Lead Change Manager and to ensure successful implementation of the project.
  • Identifying and managing related issues and risks and report to the Change Practice Lead on the overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder expectations about the project, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
  • Undertake current and future state gap analyses and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.
  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments and develop and support the delivery of effective change plans and change reporting.
Your Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Change Analyst for change initiatives, such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of change management of enterprise-wide IT rollouts within a large complex organisation.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience conducting stakeholder engagement needs and business readiness assessments, providing change input, guidance and support to others and identifying potential issues and setbacks.

Experience in using ADKAR change management methodology and impact assessment tools or a similar methodology.
