Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focused on supporting the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with our product strategy and customer experience goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth business and product analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes eliciting, documenting, and managing product requirements, as well as utilising customer and product data to understand how customers interact with our products.

You will also support the development of business cases, contribute to deal engagements with insightful analysis, and assist in segment reporting, planning, and forecasting activities for new product introductions.

Furthermore, you will contribute to pricing management strategies, track market and customer implementation activities, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaboration with delivery teams on go-to-market activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated enterprise experience in business and/or product analysis roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyse customer and product data.
  • Experience in documenting requirements and creating user stories.
  • Exposure to supporting business case development.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
