Job Opportunity

    A visionary Solution Designer is required to spearhead the development of innovative real-time decisioning solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by creating strategic partnerships between marketing teams, architecture representatives, and IT squads.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of cutting-edge decisioning solutions that meet project objectives, business requirements, and customer goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop technology and industry expertise to drive optimal design and delivery of Martech solutions.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions that balance strategic ideals, business demands, and tech debt minimisation.
  • Participate in Agile delivery methodologies to achieve swift results.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Designer within Marketing Technology (Martech).
  • Preferred experience in PEGA.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Technology stacks and real-time inbound/outbound communication decisioning experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
