We are innovators in medical and non-medical solutions for men and women experiencing hair loss. Using cutting-edge technology and treatments, we aim to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Receptionist to assist with the day-to-day administration of our studio on a 2-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain experience working in a dynamic environment.
The role involves managing administrative tasks, providing direct support to our team, and liaising with management to handle requests and queries.
You will be responsible for:
Working a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Managing cash handling and receipting payments.
Liaising with clients undertaking laser treatment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in a similar position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Customer service and client relation skills.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
A self-starter, results orientated and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
