At CHC Helicopters, we are currently seeking a skilled Travel Planner to join our team. This dynamic role will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and managing crew schedules.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with travelers and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

  • Coordinate travel requirements between travelers and providers.
  • Ensure all bookings adhere to company policy.
  • Enter accurate and timely travel information into the crew management system.
  • Maintain knowledge of work rules and scheduling practices.
  • Engage with schedulers to resolve irregularities.
  • Adjust and coordinate as necessary to recover disruptions.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing and coding travel invoices, providing corporate travel support, and working remotely as required. A proactive approach to completing additional duties is also expected.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in MS office packages.
  • Experienced in maintaining accurate reports.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
