About the role
As an After-Hours Travel Consultant, you will provide exceptional travel management services to a diverse range of international clients. You should be a multi-skilled travel consultant capable of thinking on your feet. You have the flexibility to work 100% with super flexible rosters and hours tailored to your lifestyle. Our rosters are designed to suit a diverse group of individuals, including:
Students who can study during the day and work a minimum of 3 hours per night
Parents balancing work and family commitments, including caring for fur babies
Partially retired individuals seeking flexibility without compromising their lifestyle
Enjoy working 84 days less per year than the average consultant, with annual leave entitlements and higher earnings If you possess exceptional client service skills and enjoy the unique hours and rosters, this role is ideal for you. We offer highly competitive salaries due to the nature of the shifts. You will need to be task-oriented and comfortable managing travel arrangements, transfers, and bookings for clients ranging from government organizations to large corporates and events. About You:
Experienced Travel Consultant
Ability to think independently – lots of autonomy
Exceptional client service and task management skills
Comfortable using technology and familiar with travel booking systems such as Sabre, Amadeus
Committed to delivering excellent customer service – NO SALES required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Available for a permanent part-time role in the CTM Afterhours Department
Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry with confident GDS skills in Sabre; experience with high-demand corporate accounts is advantageous
Must work at least one week per month on night shifts (minimum 6 hours)
Availability to work three weekends per month on rotating shifts
Willingness to work on Public Holidays on a rotating roster
