We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Travel Coordinator to join our team. This key role is responsible for coordinating travel requirements between the traveler and the travel provider, ensuring all bookings comply with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of travel bookings into crew management systems.
  • Maintain expertise on work rules and scheduling practices to ensure crew members' travel is booked accordingly.
  • Collaborate with schedulers to manage irregularities and make necessary adjustments to recover disruptions.
  • Review and code travel invoices as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience in a similar travel coordination role within the corporate travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) beneficial but not essential.
  • Competent with MS office packages.
  • Ability to engage strong relationships at all levels.
  • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
