Collaborative Community Engagement Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and the community in designing, delivering, and facilitating engagement activities.
The Co-Design Delivery team ensures diverse perspectives are heard and represented through co-design approaches.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Coordinate co-design working groups, workshops, and events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to prepare co-design materials.
- Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to support effective engagement.
- Represent the organization at external forums and events, providing information and guidance to stakeholders and the wider community.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in Community Engagement positions.
- Previous experience working within a co-design framework.
- Experience within health or disability sectors would be advantageous.
- Applicants for this role must be Australian citizens and have the ability to obtain a Baseline level security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, concise, and effective messaging to people within the program and other community stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated previous experience in Community Engagement positions.
- Experience within the public sector would be advantageous.
