Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in our collaborative solutions activity, supporting the delivery of strategic, place-based initiatives. This outward-facing position requires strong relationship development and management skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across various sectors.
- Provide end-to-end support for meetings, workshops, and other convening activities.
- Contribute to the development and timely distribution of written materials.
- Monitor collaborative activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, policy, health, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship development and management skills.
- Highly organized and a strong administrator.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
- A commitment to our vision, values, and principles.
