Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic productivity plans to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and support plant personnel in Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to system and operational standards to achieve targeted results, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Lead the progression of process improvements using TRACC, driving sustainable growth and development.
  • Create and maintain performance visuals and KPIs to monitor operational success, making data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct thorough waste analysis across production lines to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization and safety, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Develop and manage departmental strategies for financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals, promoting fiscal responsibility.
  • Manage and evaluate Continuous Improvement staff, including performance management and fostering a high-performing team culture, encouraging growth and development.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, including leading CI transformation projects with measurable impact.
  • Able to overcome complex challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Creative problem-solver with a focus on driving productivity and implementing innovative solutions, thinking outside the box.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work patterns, able to pivot and adjust to new challenges and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline (preferred), demonstrating academic achievement and expertise in the field.
