Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, analyzing existing procedures, and developing innovative solutions to enhance consistency, productivity, and quality throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing workflows and processes in different roles within the business.
  • Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, supervisors, and employees, to develop consistent and efficient workflows and processes.
  • Create detailed documentation outlining step-by-step procedures and guidelines for each role.
  • Evaluate alignment with industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate technology solutions, where applicable, to automate and streamline processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented workflows and processes through metrics and feedback mechanisms.

A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is required. Proven experience in process improvement, workflow design, or business process analysis is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction project management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with process mapping and improvement tools is a plus.
