Supply Chain Stock Manager

The role of Stock Management Specialist is a key position within the Supply team at our hospital.
This highly organized and process-focused position involves managing and distributing stock throughout the hospital in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict guidelines for Workplace Health and Safety and Infection Control.
Responsibilities include:
- Scanning and verifying stock levels
- Picking and packing of stock for delivery to departmental storerooms
- Receiving and processing stock deliveries
- Ordering and replenishing stock using computer systems
- Following up on back orders and finding alternative products
- Liaising with internal and external customers
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a supply role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- A high level of accuracy and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft software
