We are growing our team and are looking for dedicated Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of people living with disability. About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll:

  • Assist participants with personal care, daily living, and household tasks
  • Provide social and community participation support, including outings and appointments
  • Build meaningful connections and encourage independence
  • Follow tailored support plans to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

What You'll Need

Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)

Current First Aid & CPR certificates

NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Clearance and Working With Children

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
