Job Description: We are seeking a senior financial administrator to lead our purchasing team. This role provides strategic financial leadership and advice to senior executives, focusing on budget management, financial planning, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management of the purchasing team.
  • Develop and implement integrated reporting arrangements to ensure compliance with financial legislation.
  • C coordinate the establishment and management of performance solutions that support effective analysis of the purchasing pool.
  • Support the review of funding optimisation strategies and communicate financial performance against service agreements.
  • Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and budgeting to support monitoring and performance feedback.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management at a strategic level.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management legislation and experience in implementing integrated reporting arrangements.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and influence.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Proven issue identification, analytical, and research skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
