Key Performance Areas:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to centre staff, ensuring seamless delivery of financial, administrative, and record-keeping services.
- Develop and manage effective systems and processes for reporting on assets, finance, and other administrative matters.
- Implement and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with public sector legislation, standards, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Develop and implement best practices in financial management and administration to meet service delivery objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Contribute as an integral member of the centre's management team in driving the department's strategic direction and operational plans.
- Support the Manager Business Support Services in financial forecasting and analysis.
- Prepare and present insightful reports for management and the executive team.
