Job Overview

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional to lead and develop a team to achieve sales targets and maintain cost control. As a Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and have full accountability for the store's evening and night trade operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring it is welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Foster a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.

  • A proven track record in fast-paced environments with direct leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.
