Baia The Italian is known across Sydney as the perfect waterfront venue for a work lunch, catch up with friends or romantic dinner. Baia's extensive menu is inspired by the flavours of Southern Europe, grounded in robust Italian flavours and culinary practice. Each dish can be paired with a selection of some of the finest wines from across the globe, including premium domestic and imported varieties.

At Baia we are looking for a professional and committed person, customer oriented and with great lead skills.

As Supervisor is responsible for controlling and managing daily service procedures and the correct service flow.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Training Staff
- Manage and maintain
- Empowering staff culture
- Handling feedback and complaints
- Manage bookings and walk ins
- Ensuring cash handling procedures are maintained
- Greet and direct bookings
- Monitoring that RSA and safety procedures are applied

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a customer facing role or tourist industry
- Experienced at dealing with difficult guests, cultural diversity and novel situations
- Experienced at supervising staff.
- Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
