**About You**
- **Minimum 3 years of bartending experience** in a high-volume venue
- Strong **cocktail-making skills** and knowledge of classic and signature drinks
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to **upsell and recommend** drinks to enhance the guest experience
- Good knowledge of **Italian wines and spirits** (or willingness to learn)
- **RSA Certificate** (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude also in fast paced environments

**Your Responsibilities**
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and other beverages to the highest standard
- Recommending drinks and upselling premium products
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Managing stock and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
- Working closely with the floor staff to provide seamless service

Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Bar Staff: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
