NRMA Parks and Resorts is a leader in the Holiday Park industry, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 52 parks throughout Australia.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Manager of this stunning property located beachside.

You will guide the guest experience in a fun-filled family getaway on the Fleurieu Peninsula at NRMA Victor Harbor Holiday Park. Located beachfront, an hour from Adelaide, our holiday park provides a friendly atmosphere away from city life. There’s plenty to keep families entertained including a waterpark, pump track, jumping pillow, heated pool and more. Along with the guest you will be able to enjoy the great outdoors exploring Granite Island and the local attractions.

**Job Description**:
Ultimately you will have sound experience in confidently managing medium sized properties. We welcome innovation, initiative, enthusiasm and a grounded, customer and commercial mindset. Holiday Park and Resort Management is rewarding and challenging for the right person, no one day will be the same.

The core responsibilities of the Park Manager include:

- engaging and managing staff.
- ensuring top notch guest experience.
- managing all areas of park operations to ensure grounds and facilities are presented and maintained to NRMA quality standards and NPS
- repairs and maintenance.
- financial management (budgets & planning).
- waste & environmental management.

**Qualifications**:
The successful manager will have the skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort or hotel environment, and who can drive profitability and business efficiency by analysing budgets, managing costs and overheads and building on the customer service experience of our guests.

You will provide a versatile and hands on approach in leadership, support and in all areas of park operations.
