This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Manager of this stunning property located beachside.

You will guide the guest experience in a fun-filled family getaway on the Fleurieu Peninsula at NRMA Victor Harbor Holiday Park. Located beachfront, an hour from Adelaide, our holiday park provides a friendly atmosphere away from city life. There’s plenty to keep families entertained including a waterpark, pump track, jumping pillow, heated pool and more. Along with the guest you will be able to enjoy the great outdoors exploring Granite Island and the local attractions.

**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
We currently have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Assistant Manager of this stunning property. This role would be suited to those with Rooms Division management experience, along with property maintenance and sound customer service experience. Living onsite is a requirement of this role and a residence is available at subsidised rent as part of the management agreement.

You will report to and assist the Park Manager to manage an efficient and reliable park operation through the provision of a consistently high standard of accommodation products and services and a wide range of interpretative activities in an ambiance of efficient yet friendly Australian hospitality.

**Core responsibilities include**:
A hands-on approach to working closely with housekeeping grounds and maintenance, ensuring quality standards, assigning tasks, setting schedules and conducting regular inspections.
- Displaying a hands-on approach to managing the park
- Acknowledging that all employees are valued and important members of the park team and maintaining leadership credibility in all areas of the park operation by exhibiting consistent high standards of personal ethics
- Preparing a detailed monthly report for the Park Manager
- Ensuring that all employees receive a thorough park and department induction and sufficient on the job training
- Liaising with the General Manager with regards to significant maintenance issues, repairs and soft refurbishment projects.
- Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of safety of all guests, visitors and employees

**Qualifications**:
You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a hands-on leader; you walk the talk and can communicate to and manage staff at all levels.
