Job Role:

Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support our teams in the coordination and development of advanced systems.

About the Role:

  • Provide project management, client management, and business development support for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to and manage the development of technical reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Cross-disciplinary team collaboration and coordination.
  • Support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
  • Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations, designs, and implementation plans.
  • Utilize software tools, scripting, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (Actively pursuing or recently awarded).
  • Relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Independence, meeting deadlines, and tracking processes to completion.
  • A problem-solving mindset with curiosity, self-discipline, and a drive for continuous self-improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • A Master's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in project management and coordination.
