System Operations Role

We are searching for experienced system operators to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology as part of a dynamic and passionate group.

This role involves setting up and operating advanced systems in Melbourne, as well as delivering match day technologies at various venues. As a system operator, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple services and become a more experienced member of the team over time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology, preferably with knowledge of networking and computer components. They should also possess problem-solving skills, be proactive, have excellent time management skills, and be professional and approachable under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Match Day Preparation: Organizing logistics for travelling between stadium locations as required
  • Technology Setup: Setting up cutting-edge systems
  • System Checks: Conducting pre-match checks of systems according to standard procedures
  • Match-Day Operations: Liaising with officials, personnel, and host broadcasters on-site and remotely
  • Replay Requests: Responding to requests for replays and delivering high-quality angles
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing software performance and reporting encountered issues
  • Post-Match Reporting: Completing detailed reports to enhance future operations and client satisfaction
