Senior Patient Flow Coordinator

We are seeking a registered nurse with experience in patient flow, access, and discharge coordination to partner with existing teams and support key performance outcome measures.
This role involves working a rotating roster, including morning and afternoon shifts, 7 days a week, as part of a coordinated multi-disciplinary team approach.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be passionate about improving patient outcomes through effective patient flow management.
Key responsibilities include:
