About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies that enhance patient flow, access, and care coordination across our network of hospitals and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and professional leadership in the operational management of patient flow systems and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement process improvements that reduce wait times, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance quality of care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including hospital executives, department heads, and frontline staff.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in improving patient flow, reducing wait times, and enhancing quality of care.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
