Patient Care Leader

The Nurse Manager will provide clinical and professional leadership for the operational management of the Patient Flow & Access Command Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring coordinated, timely, and efficient patient journeys across ambulatory, acute, sub-acute, and community-based services within the Health District.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic oversight and leadership of patient flow systems and capacity across the Health District
- Monitor operational issues with flow across sites and provide support, direction, guidance, and advice to executive and facility patient flow teams
This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
