Job Description

As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation within a complex program environment. This involves innovating and leading creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to ensure readiness for new systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach. You will also support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovate and lead creative training strategies to support digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and deliver change and training activities.
  • Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states.
  • Craft engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials.
  • Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the Program and business.
  • Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities.
  • Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
  • Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high-level training and knowledge documents.
  • Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies.
  • Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
Benefits

This is a labour hire contract until June 2026 with scope for extension. The hourly rate ranges between $60.00 - $68.00 plus superannuation. As an Australian citizen, you will be required to obtain a Police Check and hold a minimum Baseline AGSVA Clearance.
