Job Overview

The ICT Business Analyst role plays a pivotal part in supporting and contributing to significant technology transformations within the organization's Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and digital capabilities.

This dynamic position works independently to deliver components of the ICT and Digital Strategy 2028, focusing on multiple complex ICT projects, including application development, enhancements, and business improvement initiatives that align with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit requirements for business initiatives through stakeholder interviews and develop strong collaborative relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct project planning, business requirement reporting, functional and non-functional requirements, guidance/training materials, and system certifications.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Character clearance: Australian Criminal History Check
  • Employee Health Declaration
  • Six months probationary period for new engagements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Formal ICT or Business Analytics qualifications and/or Project Management qualifications
