Procurement Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Professional to lead sourcing strategies that drive impact across the Asia-Pacific region.

This role offers the chance to shape procurement practices that support business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage complex supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and driving strategic partnerships that create long-term value.
  • Design and implement category strategies, working closely with procurement leaders to develop effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement practices, contract negotiation, and risk management to support leadership planning.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and/or strategic sourcing, with a focus on marketing procurement or sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on expertise with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay practices, with knowledge of procurement tools and software.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
