- Manage and support a team of sourcing specialists locally and offshore, managing their workload, and capacity and ensuring high-quality output
- Ensure the sourcing team achieves its desired outcomes and measures of success regarding placements, interviews, usage of tools and positive feedback and work with team on achieving their individual goals
- Continue to manage a full and active variety of open-sourcing assignments (4 -5 roles/projects) while balancing management responsibilities
- Drive and lead continuous process improvement and operational excellence for the sourcing function

- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter/Lead with demonstrated experience sourcing directly for roles and an understanding of sourcing tools including PageUp Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter, with prior experiences leading or mentoring/coaching team members.**Why you'll love working for Hudson RPO**:
