Sales Career Opportunity

At our childcare organization, we believe that our staff are the key to delivering an exceptional customer experience for families seeking childcare that sets children up for success.

As a Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting prospective parents through the registration process by highlighting the unique selling points of our nurseries and answering their questions. You will have experience in sales or working in the early years sector, allowing you to provide our parents with the best possible experience.

You will be required to support the Marketing team with local level marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for new parent acquisitions and upselling services through your passion and strong sales techniques.

  • Communicate confidently and effectively with parents to understand their needs and requirements
  • Build rapport with parents to ensure they have trust in us and a positive image of the company
  • Identify opportunities for new parent acquisitions and up-sell services
  • Promote our reputation as a leader in childcare due to our parent partnerships and educational values

What You Need:

  • A passion for sales and experience in sales processes and customer service
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and confidentiality policies
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
