We are seeking a Counsellor with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will provide counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counselling sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Master's degree in Counselling or a related field
- Current licensure as a Counsellor
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counselling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of evidence-based counselling practices
