You will supervise and mentor junior team members, support service growth, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, client-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments for a variety of speech, language, and communication disordersDevelop and implement individualised treatment plans based on assessment findingsProvide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disordersSupervise and mentor junior staff, including speech pathologists and therapy assistantsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure holistic careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports in compliance with professional standardsActively contribute to professional development initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practices Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institutionCurrent registration with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP status required)Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a focus on paediatric speech pathologyProven experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff membersStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent organisational and time management skills Apply now or tag someone who would be a perfect fit Learn more and apply here: )
