About the Opportunity


This 6-month role will see you join a Melbourne-based organisation as they undergo a large transformation program to establish a new way of working.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change communications activities across the organisation
  • Engage with stakeholders in a multi-faceted organisation
  • Focus on internal communications plans that inform and engage staff with the organisation's strategy and key projects

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management in a large complex environment
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adhere to strict timelines
  • Understanding of strategic communications, including developing, implementing and evaluating complex communications plans
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working with and managing the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
