About the Role:
This pivotal position will spearhead business development strategies, unlocking growth opportunities and propelling innovation to market. The successful candidate will drive forward-thinking initiatives, foster relationships, and spearhead localized collaboration to fuel home care expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Home Care sector and exhibit exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide the business development team towards achieving sales targets.
Achieving success in this role will require the ability to identify new markets and segments for potential expansion, develop strategic partnerships, and cultivate a sales-focused mindset within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Business Growth Strategies:
Design and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with Home Health's expansion goals.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
Sales Performance:
Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably postgraduate, are highly desirable.
Leadership Experience:
Proven experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles, ideally within health, aged care, or community services.
Industry Knowledge:
A deep understanding of the Home Care sector and local community engagement dynamics is essential.
Growth Driven Strategy:
Demonstrated success in driving growth through B2B, B2C, and B2G strategies.
