This is an amazing career opportunity for a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to take on the position of Office Assistant. With over 50 years of combined industry experience, our client has become one of the most respected building and construction firms in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via various communication channels
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and team
  • Data entry, records management, printing, purchase requisitions, processing timesheets, and invoices
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Google)
  • Utilize internal computer systems

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in delivering outstanding customer service and proficiency in administration skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Xero and SimPRO is an asset but not mandatory
  • Social Media experience is an asset (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, and Google)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team
