We are seeking an experienced Property Valuation Assistant to join our team. As a Property Valuation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the valuation process by assisting with enquiries and booking of property inspections.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the Property or Real Estate Industry and possess strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and general administration duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal computer-based valuation booking systems, liaising with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals, and collecting and analysing leasing and sales evidence.
You will also be required to prepare and format reports, as well as provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements- Clerical experience in the Property or Real Estate Industry
- High level of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
