Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that team goals are effectively communicated and aligned with guest tracking and productivity metrics.

  • Develop a property environment that fosters motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Understand employee and guest satisfaction results, and create strategic plans to address areas for improvement and capitalize on strengths.
  • Verify that the team has the necessary capabilities to meet expectations and deliver excellent results.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm, and assist employees in understanding guests' evolving needs and expectations.
  • Ensure seamless communication between employees and guests, exceeding their expectations through proactive engagement and personalized support.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Verifying that team goals are being translated into actionable tasks and tracked effectively.
  2. Creating and nurturing a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
