AV Technician Role

As a seasoned AV professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support for live events and meetings across various locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of audiovisual equipment and infrastructure in designated event spaces.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and operate customer-supplied equipment and applications in designated areas to deliver high-quality live events and presentations.
  • Perform regular equipment checks to ensure operational availability of assigned event spaces.
  • Respond to technical incidents and escalate to senior technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to deliver successful live events.
  • Manage configuration data entry into preferred tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Act as a show caller when required, coordinating with teams to execute complex events.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and technical expertise.
  • Participate in incident management activities to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Technical understanding of digital and analog signal processing standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual engineering disciplines associated with complex environments such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, and presentation spaces.
  • Industry experience in areas related to live event production and management.
  • Proficiency in Zoom and Teams platforms.
  • Infocomm CTS certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
