About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain timekeeping and workforce management systems. As a Configuration and Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining system access, investigating and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Optimising system configuration to meet business needs
  • Investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to Kronos applications
  • Liaising with payroll, IT, and relevant teams regarding system configuration and upgrades
  • Providing training and support to end-users on Kronos functionality and updates
  • Analysing current system usage and recommending improvements aligned with business priorities

As a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems.

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Kronos
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution
