**About the Role**: In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 80 properties, working closely with landlords and tenants to develop strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing all repairs and maintenance, preparing condition reports, attending tribunal hearings, and conducting rent reviews and maintaining arrears.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in property management, a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of relevant systems is advantageous, as is residing locally and being familiar with the marketplace and demographic.
