Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned property management professional to take on the role of Franchise Relationship Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a stellar background in residential real estate property management, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience and current real estate qualification.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working with franchisees throughout Sydney and metro areas, consulting on best practice in residential property management and business development.

  • Organise and attend meetings with franchisees and their Property Management teams to gain an understanding of their business goals
  • Support the roll out and implementation of new operating technology
  • Mentor Principals to ensure they are fully utilising the new platform within their business
  • Achieve increased property management business performance and wealth opportunity for Principals
  • Monitor agency activity and work with 'at risk' clients to identify areas of their business that can be better developed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commercial acumen, performance-orientated approach, and strategic-thinking capacity
  • A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to build quality long-term relationships
  • Strong initiative to improve the practice of Property Management, with the ability to implement changes into Property Management teams
  • A solid understanding of tech and client workflows
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to influence and persuade
