About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our workforce management team. As a key member of this dedicated team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative and program management tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team to achieve great outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and travel management for senior executives
  • Budget monitoring and tracking expenditures/transactions
  • Taking meeting minutes, following up on actions and providing status updates across projects
  • Planning and coordination of programs and activities relating to Workforce Management
  • Performing quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processes
  • Ad hoc assignments to assist with the delivery of programs of work
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration position
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint presentations and Excel
  • Excellent planning, time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive personnel and business data/information
  • Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box – creative thinking towards resolution
  • Background in employee relations or human resource management or payroll highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant qualifications or industry experience
